Xiangqi vs Shogi. an extra soldier on Shogi side was added on b7 to limit cannon. The Drop rule and The Flying general rule were both enabled. Both perpetual check and stalemate result in a loss. It is noted that some pieces' names were changed due to duplication of names. Xiangqi: K -> W(Wazir) H -> O(hOrse), P -> I(soldIer) Shogi: R -> F(Flying chariot)

I found this variant on https://github.com/fairy-stockfish/Fairy-Stockfish/wiki/Variant-configuration#mounted I assumed what the names of the pieces could be and re-used some of my designs to fit them. If the original author comes by, i assume no authorship of the variant. A certain Procyon is supposed to have created the INI-file.
